Arrived to find an empty front desk, thankfully we had the app & digital key so we went straight to our room. Room (2Q) was spacious and nicely updated; the bathroom was beautiful. Quiet and comfortable, we slept well. The next morning the front desk staff was very nice. I deducted one star because breakfast wasn’t very good- limited selection and what was there was not great. The hotel is in a great area with many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a problem, and there had been a shift change, so Yuliza was no longer there when I called with the problem. That being said, Yuliza offered amazing customer service both when I made the reservation, when we checked in, and then this morning when we were checking out. She recognized me by name, and remedied the problem with the utmost understanding and professionalism. She is a gem!

Property is convenient as it is located near major shopping as well as the highway. This HI has one of the nicer lobbies for a HI that I have ever seen. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is helpful especially Yulia who worked in the mornings. There is plenty of parking which is always a plus!

This hotel has pros and cons. Pros: good neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, shopping, and interstate. Free parking. Bed was comfortable with a nice variety of pillows. Appreciate app check in which allows bypass of front desk. Cons: ran shower for 20 minutes, never got hot water (top floor, toward end of hall). Mold in shower caulking. Sink did not drain well. Walls very thin, could hear neighboring room conversations without difficulty. Was also at hotel during a weather event. Local channels unavailable. I do not like breakfast at Hampton, so did not check out options/quality of breakfast at this hotel. Overall, very average in the area, will look for other options for next stay in the area.

What a great place! The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and modern, and they are extremely pet friendly. If you're passing through the area, you should definitely book this spot. The beds are on the soft size but still very comfortable. I highly recommend.

We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn. It is very conveniently located within the Jordan Creek area. There are lots of things to do with him a mile. Overall our stay was fine for a quick night. The front desk staff wasn’t overly attentive but we were able to get checked in with a slow start. We struggled to regulate the room temperature but the bed was comfortable. The pillows were very small but soft. The towels were a little scratchy and had a weird smell.

No breakfast, no coffee, no nothing. Website states breakfast at 6am. Left at 6:15 am to go elsewhere for coffee/breakfast. 2 male ‘employees?’ were doing nothing. No food, no coffee, nothing set up, no lights on in dining area.
