Service , Service and more exceptional service. This made a small boutique hotel with no beach views , worth staying. Shout out to Edith , Kenneth, Marvin, Eduardo, Omar, and Everyone who took the time to make our trip amazing at the food and service department. The owner of this hotel Should know he is truly blessed to have all of you. Diving was amazing and a huge thank you to the entire team at Naboo Dive center for making our trip spectacular. Elise , you are so impressive and your smile every day was so appreciated, big shout out to Jeremy and Ryan for running some awesome and safe diving trips. When you have so many great choices in Roatan , Naboo is that exceeded our expectations and we hope to come back again soon.

Out of the ten years ive been to Roatan, Naboo resort has been the best resort from the attendance ,the room service,cleanliness,and food .If you want a good service for a hotel come here you will enjoy your stay. Manager Esdyas was so attentive and friendly , all the staff there go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met . I will be coming back for sure to this resort. Thank you to all the staff that work there!.

We had an incredible stay at NABOO Resort, everything about this place exceeded our expectations! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and diving spots, but what really sets NABOO apart is the amazing team. Huge kudos to Marven, Omer, and Edith — you made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every interaction was kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. You can tell the staff take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the vibe of the resort is relaxed yet professional. I call it Boutique Resort very cool and intimate quiet and classy! Breakfast was the best — fresh, delicious, and served with a smile each morning. I’ll miss Edith calling me sweetie and her perfect chocolate chip banana bread! The colour changing lights at the pool and hot tub were magical and enjoyed every night ! Whether you’re a diver or just looking to unwind in West Bay with great people and service, NABOO is a gem. We’ll absolutely be back!

This is our second time staying here and it was as good as the first! Service is great, food is delicious, and the rooms are cold. This place is an excellent location for anything you would come here for.

Je n'ai pas séjourné au Naboo Resort mais si vous pensez à expérimenter la plongée, je vous recommande fortement ce Dive Center et tout particulièrement Claudine Courcy, une instructrice québécoise exceptionnelle qui y travaille à temps plein. J’ai fait ma première expérience avec elle en 2024, puis ma certification l’année suivante. Et c’est déjà clair : en 2026, je replonge… avec Claudine! J’ai eu la chance de plonger avec d’autres instructeurs, mais elle a ce petit « je-ne-sais-quoi » qui fait toute la différence. Son calme et sa présence sous l’eau suffisent à apaiser même les esprits les plus agités (je parle ici par expérience 😅). Merci Claudine pour ta bienveillance, ton professionnalisme et ta passion contagieuse et à bientôt!

My husband and I came to Naboo in Roatan for my birthday and we had an AMAZING time. Transport from the airport to the hotel was coordinated for us very easily. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, accommodating and Informative. The hotel provides free breakfast every morning and it’s ALWAYS delicious. Marvin, one of the friendly staff, was always a friendly face at breakfast. Amanda, Eduardo, Ken and Omar also were always friendly and SUPER helpful. The room was spacious and we had a strong AC and a lovely veranda in our room. The pool was also wonderful. Clean and well maintained. Overall a wonderful experience!!! We totally intend to be back!
