The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa

I went to use the pool and go to the beach. Everything was beautiful inside the resort and it was pleasant and relaxing. The bar and swim at bar was amazing.

We had a lovely week in GCI staying at the Westin. From the minute we arrived, Jodian at front desk took exceptional care of us. Our room overlooked the pool and ocean and was just perfect. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Another great feature of this hotel was the cafe. Awesome spot for delicious coffee each morning, not to mention pastries, snacks, lunch foods, etc. We visited it several times a day! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and all the spaces clean and welcoming. We ate at nearly every place on the property and the food was top notch. Thank you Westin GCI, and Jodian, for an amazing vacation!

This was our second stay at this resort - first one being 15 years ago and I would go back here again in a heartbeat. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with an ocean view. We had 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and 2 balconies. Room was updated, clean, modern and fresh. Yes, the resort will give you wrist bands to wear that are also your room keys. There are gray bands and also a light green. The light green bands are for Ambassador, Titanium and Platinum members and the gray are for everyone else. The beach had plenty of chairs with umbrellas and the first row of chairs were full/reserved with towels early in the morning. We didn't want to deal with getting up at the crack of dawn for our chairs so we rented a "pod" every day. Nobody was sitting in front of us and we could lay down if we felt tired. We had several different servers during our stay (Dee, Barbara, Leonard, Ryan & Mel) - some better than others - some went out of their way each day and brought us cups of ice water while others didn't do a thing for us. When you're spending that kind of money each day for a pad, you would THINK the servers would be more accommodating. Everything that we had to eat at the resort was very good except the cocktails. I don't know what it is but they're not very strong. Even drinking a martini, cosmo or straight - the vodka just isn't the same as in the states. The spa was wonderful. We each had a fantastic massage and was completely relaxed walking out of the spa. A special shout out to Liz, who we rented the "pod" from on the beach. I think she was the highlight of our trip - so friendly!!! Other notable mentions would be Brynn, Ann, Sasharee at breakfast, Marlon who handled our luggage, Carol in the concierge, Hycnyth from housekeeping that kept our room clean and fresh as well as Shantel who did turn down service. We had a great trip and will definitely return. Great resort with great people!

My name is Danilo Aleman, and we have felt very good on our third visit to the Westin Grand Cayman view hotel, I really thought that the room that was on that side or that I had reserved better said for being the platinum member, I do not think it has so many rights, nor that the room is good enough to be a room with status as it has been Latino I do not see that it is a superior room or a Master or a suite and supposedly they gave me the best room I really see it the same as everyone else Attention from the cleaning team is very good what has an extreme cleanliness the food is not that variable but we ate at a restaurant called Beach House and in that restaurant I do recommend it to everyone for breakfast Attention was great and what is the breakfast Lunch seems very good to me really the Attention what is about the room as such is not what I expected without more I leave it to your selection I have no complaints about the hotel staff, but the room is not what I expected and I had to call three times for the air conditioning. It is very hot and, for me, it is not the room I expected.

I stayed at the Westin Grand Cayman from August 22-24, 2025, with my family and friends to celebrate my daughter’s 5th birthday. Our experience was absolutely wonderful — the location, beach, rooms, and the attention from the service staff were all top-notch, deserving a 10 out of 10. A special thank you to our server, Isaura, who provided friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout our weekend. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made our stay even more memorable. Kudos to Isaura and the entire team at the Westin Grand Cayman! We look forward to returning.

This was our first time to grand caymen so we didn't really know what to expect. But the crew at the westin were incredibly helpful. We (my wife) always does a lot of homework prior to our trips, but inevitably, there are always places that we are unsure about. The doormen, especially Thomas, were not only helpful, but seemed genuinely happy to help us. The beaches were clean, the breakfast was delicious and the drinks were cold. Not much else we could ask for.
