石頭房子有特色，冬天有點冷，空調24小時開着好一點。去大堂和房間，要爬很多台階，別帶太重的行李。早餐兩天不一樣，第一天套餐，東西太少，第二天改自助了。

沒想到名宿那麼大 在裏面都可以玩一天 走下去就是海灘 不大但很漂亮 服務太頂了 因為名宿有很多台階長者不方便 但工作人員都幫着安排了 順便説一句 能叫美食名宿不是沒道理的 東西好吃

房間是當地特色的石頭屋，空間大，還有一個大茶桌，就是房子建在山坡上，管家會有接駁車來山下停車場接。去珍珠灘玩很方便，也可以去濱海綠道坐觀光車兜風，還不錯！

在濱海綠道景區裏面，開車的話要停景區外停車場然後服務人員開觀光車來接。整體環境很好，小隆台餐廳也好吃。往後可以直接到珍珠灘，不過都是鵝*石，腳踩上去還是有點疼。早餐也比較豐富，有點吃不完。

酒店位置很好，在珍珠灘景區入口處，就是停車麻煩一些，需要停在景區外面的停車場，再讓酒店接駁車接進去。其實，酒店離開景區進口也就一百米上坡路。酒店其實是可以提供門口景區停車場收費抵扣的，但你不問，酒店也不主動告知，這點不太好。景區內有兩家民宿，隆十二境在山上，另一家更靠海。目前是淡季，酒店住不了幾個人。酒店房間不錯，挺大的，設施也比較齊全。衞生不錯，洗澡水也挺大。提供多種茶葉，很不錯。酒店最大的特色是餐飲，廚師水平很高，菜品都做得很棒，我認為比林家台菜做得更好。餐廳服務也不錯。就是平時去，不提前預訂餐食，零點品種很少，這點千萬注意。當然，早餐我到覺得一般，住了2天，變化不大。總體來説是個值得一宿的民宿。

房間真的非常好，我定的本來是套房中的卧室，但是由於過了節假日，景點沒什麼人，獨享了整套公寓。陽台風景就不説了，卧室內的設施也十分乾淨，且設施齊全。最好的就是店家服務了，入住幫忙拿行李，送水果，晚上餓了實在沒吃的了，想去找前台買點什麼，小姐姐二話不説就送了我們甜品以及多餘的水果吃，那個沃柑真的好甜！！走的時候趕上下雨，還送了我們兩個人兩把雨傘！入住進山的時候被蚊子咬了，借了風油精，結果忘了還，我和管家發微信，管家也很大方的讓我收下就好😭😭另早上和朋友起晚了，明明已經過了早餐時間，但是服務員還是給我們端來了早餐，走的時候前台小姐姐還幫我做了一杯咖啡……服務好的都有些不好意思了！以後有機會來温嶺，一定還會再光顧的！！姐妹們放心沖，這裏真的值得！
