莊園在寨子裏面，依山傍水，環境優美。這次出行主要為淡季，遊客很少，房間潮濕。山莊的景色還是值得看一看。

可能養老民宿拆改的，整體設施有一定年份，衞生間乾濕不分離，淋浴頭水壓很小，最新的設備是空調，製冷效果很好。衞生條件比較乾淨，早餐是家常包子饅頭雞蛋牛奶炒菜稀飯，量大管飽，餐廳在曲徑通幽處的山林裏。在水磨古鎮外面的山上，背後有一個荒廢了景點，山下小鎮是居民集中小區，那家路口的牛肉館肉蠻不錯的。
