Shuimu Lanting Homestay

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, with a warm and cozy decor. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night! The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the owner even had a cute golden retriever! We stayed here to see Fubao, and the owner was incredibly kind! We stayed for six days, and he offered to pick us up and drop us off at Shenshuping every day! He also thoughtfully arranged transportation to Dujiangyan and the airport!

I checked into Shenshuping early the next morning to see the pandas. I blame myself for not doing enough research. While this B&B is relatively new, it's quite far from town and surrounded by desolate surroundings, with mountains across the way. Arriving early meant there was nothing to do. The hotel has its own restaurant, which was decent and sufficient for a satisfying meal. The breakfast was basic.

I have to mention the restaurant. It's very conveniently located on the first floor, and the menu is so extensive that it was overwhelming. We randomly ordered two dishes, both of which were delicious and went really well with rice. The hotel has a large parking lot, one in front and one in the back, so you can park wherever you want. The accommodations are also very clean and bright. We have children, and they loved it. The owner and staff are very welcoming. We even went to the branch for barbecue that evening. Both restaurants are exceptionally well-prepared! The next morning, the front desk lady even gave me two cups of coffee, which was a nice surprise. I'll definitely be back!

I was planning a trip to Shenshuping to see Fubao, and a friend recommended this B&B, saying the food was excellent. It's a little far from the base, but the owner provides a car for pick-up and drop-off. 👍🏻 The food was also quite varied and delicious! I realized I hadn't taken photos of the room before leaving, so it was a bit messy. 😂 The room was also very comfortable! It had lots of Fubao touches. If you like Fubao, book this room! 😆 I forgot to mention... the coffee is also delicious. 😃 I'll definitely be back next time! 👍🏻

We booked a triple room, which was spacious and clean, with air conditioning. We had breakfast and dinner at the B&B, and the food was delicious! The hostess and staff were very welcoming. The B&B is a bit far from the ticket gate, but they provide shuttle service. Overall, the experience was great! We suggest adding a clothes hanger to the room.

A very satisfying B&B. Excellent value for money. It's clean, hygienic, and new. It feels very good for the area. It was so comfortable that I extended my stay for another day to explore. The hostess and the owner were very accommodating and provided excellent service. It's very close to the panda base. It's also convenient for snowboarding at Huangcaopao. The restaurant downstairs is delicious. I ate there two nights in a row.
