很差，套餐寫的有地暖，到了説現在天熱不開了，那邊很冷尤其是晚上，空調也沒有的。包早餐的也沒有早餐，7:40的早餐，我們7:50下去人都沒有一個，餐廳廚房前台人都沒有一個，打值班電話兩個都沒有人接，害我們餓着肚子爬山。床上有頭髮忍了，沒有拍。屋裡有蟲，忍了，沒有拍照。這個沒有早餐真的把我氣到了。

房間還好，住一晚滑雪，性價比一般，周圍沒有啥可逛的，馬路邊上。衹能酒店吃飯，但吃飯還不錯，自己點餐，火鍋可以。

前台辦理入住態度非常不好，問他們要被子也沒有，多要兩瓶水也不提供（我們是可以接受收費的）和他們工作人員溝通他們特別不尊重人，並且後續在該酒店餐廳諮詢點單流程，態度極其惡劣，裏面的服務人員愛搭不理，問他們配菜更是不搭理，感覺是仗着景區裏面沒其他商家為所欲為，明明滑了雪都很開心的，整個體驗感低到不行，真的特別糟糕的體驗
