網上看評價不錯訂的，實際體驗比評價還好！房間沒有一點異味，衞生間乾濕分離做得很徹底，連洗手枱都擦得沒有水漬。最驚喜的是房主叔叔阿姨非常好客，早上還燒了糯米飯和豆漿，有回家的感覺。

説走就走旅行～隨緣隨喜定到了涵桐民宿。和老闆交談得知，涵、桐分別來自老闆孫子、孫女名字中的一個字。老闆和老闆娘非常熱情、我車子一到、老闆娘就幫忙來提行李。
房間進去一整個驚訝、完全比樣板間還乾淨。老闆娘説她都是跪着擦地的。民宿有提供一次性浴巾和毛巾。材質很好很周到。
酒店可以免費敲章，孩子特別喜歡。
早飯是老闆娘親手做的温州特色飯、一整個美味！

民宿是中老年夫妻經營，叔叔阿姨都很和善，都是很乾凈安靜的人。晚上到了阿姨主動將行李箱搬到樓上，並主動詢問是否需要準備早飯。房間配置非常到位，還有大尺寸電視可點播投屏，（房間內堪比華住標準），房間隔音好，衞生乾淨，睡眠質量高。第二天一早準備出門，叔叔會問要不要吃早飯，阿姨準備了糯米飯吃，還準備了豆漿雞蛋，吃的很舒服！本來以為衹是普通一餐，沒想到是這次温州之行最難忘的一餐之一！直接建議阿姨出去開早餐店！！！！非常非常豐富好吃的糯米飯！！！回味了一早上。總之，吐血推薦此民宿，也祝阿姨生意興隆

因為第二天去百丈漈，特意選了這家民宿，老闆娘夫婦為人特別和善，民宿打理的非常乾淨整潔，看得出老闆娘自身就是個有要求的人，所以都是親力親為，特別要誇老闆娘早餐做的糯米飯，第一次吃，糯米顆顆分明，又糯又有嚼勁，撒上脆脆的油條，口感層次相當豐富，配上老闆娘自己打的豆漿，這樣一份清爽乾淨的早餐真的非常棒

第一次來温州 景區民宿價格非常優惠 很清爽 很乾凈 老闆夫妻兩人也很好 跟老闆在院子裏聊天了好久，老闆娘還特意問了早飯要吃什麼 第二天早上真的吃到了糯米飯 簡直愛死了，下次有機會還會再來的。

民宿比較新，但是沒有裝修的味道，房間特別乾淨，老闆和老闆娘兩個人經營的，他們都很熱情，就是有的時候説話有點聽不懂，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈
我們住的家庭房，是一個有小閣樓的房間，深得我意 正好我有個獨立的小空間，早餐是老闆給做的，家的味道哦～
