説是24年開業，其實小區已有10年了。。小區環境不錯的，但就是房子挺舊的，打開門一陣油煙味，門口就是廚房。。電熱水器很小，一人洗完要等很久才有熱水。。

房子很新，傢俱用品齊全。樓下五十米就是海灘，早晚在海邊遛彎很愜意。陽台可觀海，還能看到海上日出，最喜歡坐在陽台的弔籃中看大海聽海浪聲。小區門口有椰子和抱羅粉攤，樓下有幾個泳池。房東姐弟倆人超級好，幫忙訂接送的專車，幫忙買水果，各種旅遊相關問題有問必答，攻略馬上提供。無接觸入住，一次賓至如歸的旅遊體驗。會推薦給親戚朋友。

房間側面能看到海 可惜當天有雨 沒有看到日出 客服小哥哥服務非常好 入住前發給我們詳細入住指引 諮詢的問題及時回覆 還推薦了幾家美食餐飲 椰子雞和老爸茶都去品嚐了 挺好

來文昌看火箭，老闆有準備好一冰箱的七喜和可口可樂招待，而且房間裏有一次性毛巾提供，衞生條件很好，住房提供插線板，生活很方便

老闆姐弟倆非常熱情，也很細心，給我發了餐飲指導。關鍵是我説想要樓層高點，免費給我升級了房型。打開門通透涼快。在陽台就可以看海上日出。位置很安靜，休息不會被打擾。距離文昌市12公里左右，離高隆灣飲食街3公里（那裡物價較高），出門叫個車去哪都沒問題，完全不會影響出行，自駕更沒問題了。房間衞生整潔，一次性毛巾浴巾很好。還有廚房，洗衣機，開空調時，移動衣架可以對着空調外機吹，衣服不怕不幹。非常值得推薦。

房間很乾凈，管家很熱情，早早就聯繫我們給了入住指引，附近購物吃飯都很方便，距離海上圖書館也很近，遺憾的是颱風後尚在修繕，衹能下次再來一睹芳容了。是很不錯的民宿體驗了
