是個養老公寓，環境清凈，附近有吃飯和早點的小餐館。房間大，床鋪舒適，衞生間熱水充足，就是花灑裝得太高，衣櫃裏掛衣服的橫桿也太高。

房間本身還可以，近高隆灣，但衹能看到一點點海景，大部分被建築物遮擋；卧室設施簡單，廚房衹能電熱水壺煮水。

整體信價比很高，唯一缺點就是房屋燈光色彩太冷，也不夠亮，再就是樓下停車要趁早搶車位。老闆人不錯很熱情

環境：小區環境管理都挺好。
服務：老闆人挺好，特別熱情。
建議：
居住體驗一般，希望多考慮實用性，例如晾曬，放行李箱的位置，開放的掛衣架，有廚房沒有電磁爐感覺也是擺設，有很多無用的傢俱，使得空間有些擁擠。
