民宿乾淨寬敞，第一天到的很晚，老闆給留了晚飯，還貼心的給孩子蒸了蛋羹，早餐可以選擇，雖然不在鬧市區，但足以滿足早餐需求；離火箭發射地不遠，建議自駕，去各個景點方便，要求不高的可以在民宿頂樓遙看火箭發射；還有驚喜下午茶；一樓大廳有寬敞的閲讀區，院裏有泳池、鞦韆、露天影院，足以解放帶娃媽媽的雙手～總之，值得推薦，再有機會去文昌的話，還會選擇寶邸～

整體環境超級無敵棒 主理人小姐姐和工作人員都超好 我們到的時候有點着涼 小姐姐給熬了可樂薑茶超級無敵好喝 早餐也很用心好吃 房間很大 被子很乾凈 我們買了水果非常熱情幫我們洗切 還有我們打包的食物還給碗筷裝好 給我們加熱好 真的有種在家的感覺 值得二刷的好店

該酒店的環境非常好，有品味，特別適合休閑度假和家庭親子游入住，有小孩玩耍的區域，有大人發呆的地方，服務人員很有親和力，酒店讓人感到輕鬆舒適清靜。推薦到文昌的朋友可以入住寶邸1992民宿。
