真的能説的過去的都不會給差評，從來沒住過這麼差的，真的破天荒頭一回，首先進門電閘是關閉的，需要自己開電閘，我們到了是晚上12.30.準備洗洗就睡，結果熱水器沒熱水，溝通之後發現需要把冷水閥打開，手動調節熱水器上的温度才正常工作，客廳沒空調，茶几上桌布是發黴的翻過來用又發黴又破的，去洗手間一關門，門後面一片都是臟的，打掃衞生沒打掃到的，因為太晚沒法重新再定房，所以衹能住下了，100-2000一晚的都住過，這是體驗感最差的一次，沒有之一

首先酒店位置很好，樓下就有車位非常方便！而且在屋內就能看到海，玻璃門一開吹着海風超級爽！其次，老闆真的即熱心又耐心！幫我們調整房間，協調事物都很及時，也真的有求必應！這個價格住到這樣環境，享受到這樣的服務真的很開心很滿足，非常推薦！

老闆熱情周到，預訂後即加了微信，導航，圖片都清清楚楚。入住即發送門鎖密碼，方便。房間乾淨整潔寬敞，19樓，陽枱面朝大海。躺在主卧的大床，也能觀日出。可惜天氣不好，在下雨。衞生間也蠻大的，提供一次性毛巾和浴巾，乾淨衞生。小區停車方便，停車免費，還有充電位。小區比較安靜，從沙灘走到海上圖書館有一段距離，不過在沙灘走走還是很愜意的。在沙灘可以走到高隆灣，那裡有海鮮市場，海鮮很多，自己買海鮮，讓店家加工。周邊有很多海鮮加工店。總之，這家民宿不錯，推薦！

管家服務很熱情。小區裏有泳池，房間可以看到大海，陽台很大。房間衞生有待提高，有衞生死角，牆角有蜘蛛網，沙發蓋巾發黴了，衞生間有異味。

房間比較大，周邊環境不錯在比較好的小區裏，老闆人特別好基本有求必應，房間衞生也好。唯一的遺憾就是吃飯不方便，周圍基本沒有飯館。照片是已經住進來才拍的
