差評衹針對一個應該是姓曾的女經理，昨晚九點多接近十點的時候我突然意識到自己定的含單早的房間前台打出的單據是不含早，於是打電話去前台，我本以為以全季的水平會在電話中就馬上解決問題，沒想到他們服務生將電話給經理請示後曾經理在電話中堅持攜程系統推給酒店的就是不含早，讓我到前台來説。於是我大晚上穿上衣服到了前台，我把手機給到曾經理，給她看我攜程訂單的頁面，明晃晃寫着含單早，她不詢問我直接用我的手機打電話給攜程，足足跟攜程的客服吵了十多分鐘的架，語氣很不客氣，我在現場感到很尷尬，我的話費也用了不少。前台的帥哥給我倒了一杯茶我坐在椅子上喝，這時候經理吵完了，我茶還沒喝完，於是我坐着跟經理説，現在要重打一張房單嗎？曾經理竟然對我説“你手機不要了嗎”意思叫我起來到她面前説話，我真的服了。然後我問這張房單還有用嗎還要重打張含單早的房單嗎，曾也沒好氣地回答我，讓我明天直接報房號來吃吧不用打了，搞得好像施捨我的一樣，我花錢定的含單早。整個住宿體驗都不好了。曾經理的服務態度很是問題，格局小了，對人不友善，為難同是服務行業的攜程接線員

我們排到了一個正對電梯口的房間，挺吵的，感覺其他全季好像都沒有這種位置的。還有一個客人的房門開着，一大早一直滴滴響，影響睡覺。我們入住的時候也有其他客人反應，希望工作人員能及時處理這種情況
