很喜歡這裏，推薦！房間特別乾淨，環境安靜，空間挺大的，工作人員也很好走的時候還送我們伴手禮。以後去文昌還會選擇這裏，可惜沒有拍照，不能給大家直觀看到了

幫父母定的酒店，知道受颱風影響大部分地區電力還沒恢復，辦理入住前特意諮詢過酒店客服，客服再三保證晚上6點到第二天早上八點會供電，沒想到入住到半夜一點商家就把店給停了，一整晚父母都沒有睡好。又臨馬路又吵，隔壁還在挖井，真的是花錢買罪受。客房淋浴也無法提供熱水，這種酒店還收費那麼高，下次不會再訂這家酒店了。

疫情過後去該酒店入住，下午4點左右前台辦理入住，前台説i現在暫時沒電，發動機在用打水井在，晚上會有電，我們在晚上21:00過後才才去真正辦理入住，當時有電，當休息到凌晨02:00開始沒電，前台説要早上6:30發電機才發電，發電機也要休息，早上8:00還是8:30又沒電。 酒店半夜整幢樓是沒人值班。
1、颱風的時候海南的温度都是三十幾度以上，我們辦理入住的時候，有這種情況前台是沒有提前跟説的；
2、酒店的外表看很新，裝修也很漂亮，很寬敞，但酒店的洗手間是舊的、地板發黴；
3、次日電話前台時對方説：對這種情況她們深感歉意，在退房時再看看房費上申請下優惠，去退房的時候直接退房，前台也不吱聲。
酒店如果你沒有這樣的設備，你就不應該去正常營業，這樣子去坑客人，東郊鎮上所有的大大小小酒店都住滿人，這中秋佳節你們整個停車場卻停不到6輛車，體驗感極差

什麼神仙民宿啊，清邁文昌分邁！民宿老闆娘還帶着娃繞着酒店摘各種水果，酒店一樓就是飯店，椰子雞配的青菜是老闆自己種的，體驗感很好！
