This new hotel was the perfect spot for our stay. Our room was very clean, neat, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcome. And we appreciate the easy parking! The location of the hotel was also excellent, being near the riverside parks of Wenatchee, which are a wonderful find, with the Columbia River at hand, wildlife, interesting landscaping with various gardens, play areas for kids, it's a great space for walkers and folks on bicycles.

am from Canada, Late Saturday afternoon we received a call a saying a loved one was rushed to the hospital. The spouse was staying at this hotel and we wanted to be with them, So we checked the website and it was fully booked on every page we looked at, so I decided to call and a wonderful women named Jocelyn said we are booked but call back in an hour and see what she could do, I said we are driving right now, so I called back in an hour, she remembered me, and said she found us a room. We we arrived Jocelyn was still there, got us in so quickly, she also said that a concert was going on in Wenatchee that's why everything was booked (she even called a few other hotels for us), Great customer service and a wonderful human Jocelyn is. Highly recommend

This is my third stay here. I like the location and the staff is very friendly. When I could not find a suitcase cart the staff offered to carry my bags. I’m disabled this was very appreciative.

This hotel was pristine. Every time we walked in they were mopping the lobby. They were kind, helpful, the rooms were well equipped and the kitchenette was really more of a kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the area. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at this property several times now and find it welcoming and very clean. The kitchen area in each room is very helpful when you need it and having the ice machine right in the refrigerator in your room is so much better than having to go searching around the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the internet is easy to connect with. I also enjoy having a reclining chair in my room for watching television. I will be returning to the My Place hotel in Wenatchee, Washington, many more times, I’m sure.

Not too exciting. Really should have pool or something that stands out for $220 a night. And right next to the train tracks, which seems a little suspicious. I guess if you were there on a business trip, it would be great; other than that not recommended.

Newer & clean, but noisy
Basic hotel, newer, clean. Kitchenette is nice, but you'll need to bring everything with you. No pans, plates, silverware... Full size fridge which means it has a freezer- that makes ice. First room had terrible sewage gas smell in bathroom, they moved us to another room without any problems, they were great about it. 2nd room- noisy. Between AC, fridge and trains it was tricky to sleep soundly. FYI- lots of trains, dont usually use horn, but they stop on road, blocking access to/from hotel. There are go arounds, but they take you way out of your way. No pool/hot tub.

Staff said it’s overbooked and not sure how it came through. They got mad at me when I check in, questioning why I’m able to get a room. Won’t be back to this property.
