Clean rooms, service has been fantastic nd the rooms on the backside facing the river are quiet and pretty. Close to dinning and easy to walk. Smoky when fires are burning and would like to come back when it’s not so Smokey.

I have stayed here multiple times and am so disappointed and moving my business stays to Marriott. Your desk manager Karissa should not be in customer service let alone a manager. I have witnessed her berating guests and being extremely condescending while I was eating breakfast. She speaks very loud and can be heard over the breakfast noise. I asked for the managers information because I wanted to write an email about my "great stay" and she told me she is the manager and thanked my for letting her know, never offered and email address. I stopped calling to ask for 30 minute late check out even though I'm a diamond member as she always has a snarky remark. It's nice the days she isn't there. I cannot believe the way I've overheard her speaking to other workers. How do you have employees? One very short young lady was almost in tears after she berated her at the desk. Last week was my last week EVER staying here!

Nice hotel with very convenient location near Columbia River. Clean and well maintained place. Many restaurants near by. Avoid ground floor, very busy/noisy hallways as well as the parking lot with car beams brightening your room…

Disappointed with the spa and pool. We tried to use it at 9pm and both were full of kids. Also, being charged for breakfast seems non-competitive with other places I could have stayed in the same area.

I chose this hotel in advance for my wife and daughter in town for a wedding. We were advised to get a river view or stay in Leavenworth instead. I checked in to room 251 which has a full river view but guess what,..the hotel gave our room to someone else and my wife and daughter got a room with a crappy view. There were PLENTY of rooms with a river view when I chose 251 but we were completely screwed over. This stupid trip to go to a wedding has cost my family a fortune and the one redeeming thing was we were using our Hilton points for three nights where they were supposed to have a pretty view. I am so sick of the Hilton chain, I’m considering just cutting our losses and dumping them as the Diamond’ staid apparently is a joke. Do NOT stay here

I was not planning a stop and it was a Saturday night. I was fortunate to have found this location on line and book a room. There was a restaurant with some very simple dinner ideas which was perfect as I was pretty tired. Very nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel. No included breakfast (prices to order breakfast were pretty expensive.) Gym area looked good, but then we discovered the one Peloton bike was broken - with the broken seat adjuster piece just lying on the floor. Also, it would have been very helpful to have an electric car charger on the property.

Adjacent to Pybus Market and the walking trail along the river is a big plus. We had pre-paid for a king river view, which is a room we reserve every time we've stayed there. Unfortunately they gave our room to someone else. They did try to call us an hour before we arrived, but we missed the call. Should not have mattered. We had paid for it. They were nice, admitting someone at the desk made a mistake. Got another room, 2 queens, lesser view. Would not have stayed there knowing this would happen.
