The house is too old and smells old, the soundproofing equipment is terrible, and the heater is very noisy!

This was the worst BW I have ever encountered. The check-in went smooth with Alexis. No elevator but the two floors to our room was easy to maneuver as the stairway was wide and had a landing in between. The room itself ( 246-A) was a disappointment. Updates need to be done here! The carpet was filthy and ragged. The computer chair was peeling and the plugs to the basin and tub were non-functional. We had to remove them to drain the water. The bed was comfortable and clean but the condition of the floor made it seem not so. Does this place not use or even own a carpet cleaner?

First time at this hotel. Beds were too soft, towel bar would not stay on the wall even when we loosened then tightened set screw to bracket.
Breakfast was OK, but the hot portion was the same both days of our stay

It would be better if the breakfast in the morning was hot. Most of the time the eggs and sausage were cold. Staff was wonderful and friendly.

Two lightbulbs were burned out in bathroom. No elevator. Carpets were clean/new. Dated property - few outlets for computer/phone chargers.

The room was a double queen but had only one chair. I was told that was standard but they brought us a second chair (great service) The pillows on the beds were HORRIBLE, they were square and very uncomfortable. The TV was via Direct TV. I watch a lot of Tube while on the road,. The TV connected with U Tube fine the first night then it wouldn't, they tried their best but after several hours and two equipment changes they made it work (but only for a couple of hours) I gave up.

When staying in Wenatchee, I always stay here. It is centrally located, both for getting around Wenatchee, even going over the bridge to east Wenatchee. Plenty of restaurants. Easy to get around.
