General good experience.
The location is good, easy to find, the center of the city. The room is a little bit small with the king size bed, but the bed is very comfortable to have a very good sleep there, and very quiet at night.
The breakfast is a little bit too early to serve from 6am to 9am, which we missed after a sweet and deep sleep.
The outdoor pools are popular and children can have fun.
Price is fair, generally satisfied!

The shower was awesome and so was the bed. I slept like a baby. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfortable. The room surprisingly quiet considering the location so close to a highway. The room was old but clean until I used the bathroom. The tub walls looked clean but there was mold growing in an areas that were not visible unless you were in the tub. The breakfast area was FILTHY with spilled food everywhere, the covers over the so called "hot dishes" were broken and the eggs and sausages cold and the little "cupcake muffins" were as hard as rocks.

Gross. First room smelt like straight animal/human pee. Second room had a leak in the ceiling which caused us to move rooms at 3 am to ANOTHER stinky room. Wifi doesn’t work neither does the tv (most channels are “unavailable”) Bed sheets have mystery stains and the furniture is mostly broken. We also were unable to use the hot tub. Decent customer service but gosh.

Unsanitary conditions across the board. Rooms smelt like rotten food, fridges all had nasty old spilt food, dirty, dusty, nasty carpet and walls. Toilets clogged, sinks backed up with other rooms water.

Our stay was fine. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. What we weren’t leased with was how RUDE people are. From 6:30am people yelling in the halls, kids running up and down the halls screaming at each other. These people/parents should ALL be ashamed of themselves, you don’t act that way in a hotel while others are still sleeping. And the hotel should do better about controlling this. I know for a fact they could hear it because I could hear it when we checked out. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times, this was by far the worst.

They like to get into your bags and take stuff so be careful with what you leave in there Was there for a weekend and magically some of my stuff that I didn’t take out of my bag or used the entire time i was there disappeared, i went to the front desk to tell them about it and they couldn’t even give me a answer just saying nothing was left in the room, of course not it got stolen by them🙄🙄

Concerned about whether the room had been cleaned enough. Had issue with toilet where we had to keep closing drain in tank. I asked if I could use the public restroom in the lobby but was told it was not working. I was promised someone would come up "right away" but that did not happen. the toilet seemed to be fixed when we came back at the end of the day. Bed was comfortable enough. there was a lot of noise in the guest parking area in the wee hours, perhaps a large truck with a loud engine.
