General good experience.
The location is good, easy to find, the center of the city. The room is a little bit small with the king size bed, but the bed is very comfortable to have a very good sleep there, and very quiet at night.
The breakfast is a little bit too early to serve from 6am to 9am, which we missed after a sweet and deep sleep.
The outdoor pools are popular and children can have fun.
Price is fair, generally satisfied!

Do NOT stay here! We had a horrendous stay at this location. The rooms were filthy, disgusting, and downright unhealthy. It had clearly not been cleaned in ages. There were dust, dirt, mold, and cigarette burns everywhere. There was no hot water and the microwave and refrigerator were broken. Worst of all there were clearly blood stains on the carpet . We talked to the main desk about the lack of cleanliness. They were completely unresponsive. The did not send anyone to clean the room nor refund our money so we could stay elsewhere. We had to buy blankets to cover the beds and slept on them. Horribly discusting.

Pictures extremely inaccurate.
Room gross with very stained carpets. Surfaces sticky. Stuff on bedspread.
My room did not have SOAP of any kind. When I asked the housekeepers for soap they said they were expecting a shipment to come in “later,” implying the whole place was out of soap.
The room cost more than $200 and I didn’t have soap.

The worst hotel, we couldn't stay, the rooms are too dirty, they smell really bad, the hotel carpet is too dirty, the smell is terrible from the entrance and a lot of trash everywhere, very disappointing, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, they didn't want to refund my money

The beds were comfortable. The room surprisingly quiet considering the location so close to a highway. The room was old but clean until I used the bathroom. The tub walls looked clean but there was mold growing in an areas that were not visible unless you were in the tub. The breakfast area was FILTHY with spilled food everywhere, the covers over the so called "hot dishes" were broken and the eggs and sausages cold and the little "cupcake muffins" were as hard as rocks.

Terrible experience. The hallways were full of garbage, the carpets were stained, and the rooms were not ready when we arrived. There was no housekeeping service over the weekend. We found trash under the beds and cabinets, and the bathrooms had hair everywhere. There was also a weird smell in the room. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies to clean everything myself—for the safety of my kids and my mother, who is over 65. It was a truly crazy and disappointing experience.

The carpet in our room was sticky with something spilt on it. Had to keep my shoes on. The stairs were dirty and should have been vacuumed. The trash cans outside were full and should have been emptied. Other than that, it was ok.
