To our surprise they had room for us to be able to stay. Let's just start off by the front desk was amazing when checking us in. Smile on their face and very friendly. Once we got to our room it was decent there are a few things we could nit pick at but for such great service everywhere else those little things were very easy to over look. We got a room on the 3rd floor Eastside of the building so it was a gorgeous view of the mountains and the river. Here comes Monday morning and ready for breakfast. You usually think small tiny breakfast, not many options, well think about. You have biscuits and gravy, 2 types of eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal and best of all they have a yogurt machine.. How can you go wrong with on tap yogurt, that's right you can't. And the gentleman that was in breakfast (Eric) I believe his name was, such great help for us finding a few extra attractions while we were in town. And he kept that breakfast coming all morning long, super friendly and made the morning start off great. Overall we will be back again. Thank you guys for the amazing work you do.

Bed was comfortable, water was hot, breakfast was ready and plenty of it. I would recommend the 3rd floor so you don't hear heavy steps on the ceiling, and if you can be non-street side, I think I would take my chances with the train more than the cars driving by all hours.

This is our second stay at this motel, staff are always friendly and helpful. This stay Amanda was very helpful when answering our enquiries. Our room was large and clean and the bed comfortable. We heard very little outside traffic noise. Shops are within walking distance. You can also walk to the river from this motel.

Best Western plus in Wenatchee is a very good hotel. clean, breakfast is very good lots to choose from. Staff are all friendly. Centrally located easy to find. I will rate this hotel to be 10 out of 10. I will visit this hotel whenever I am passing through Wenatchee.

Amanda was courteous and very professional, the room was clean and she was able to help with any needs that aroused. The breakfast was enjoyable and the keurieg coffee maker was a nice touch. Would stay here again when I am in the neighborhood.

It is a very nice Hotel. The carpets smell old, but that won't keep us from staying there again. Zee, who checked us in was totally awesome! She asked us what brought us to the Best Western we told her we were Elite members. She also asked if we were just going to see the sights? We said no that we had a doctor's appointment the next morning. She said she could save us more money on our bill because of the doctor's appointment!!! Thank you, Zee!

Clean room. Great location. Good breakfast. Hot tub too cool. Called front desk to request it to be heated. After 20 minutes the front desk attendant came and turned it up. Took 20-30 minutes for it to heat to a comfortable temperature. All in all I’d give it a 9 out of 10.
