Der Satz am Telefon bei der Anmeldung "Sie werden begeistert sein" war total übertrieben. Das "Upgrade" auf ein Balkonzimmer entpuppte sich als Aussicht auf die Dachfläche mit Solar/PV-Elementen. Die Reklamation im Hinblick auf den defekten Fernseher wurde 2 (zwei) mal ignoriert: "Ich habe keinen passenden Mann an der Hand". Ein Umzug für die letzte Nacht in ein Zimmer mit getrennter Sanitäreinheit und funktionierendem TV konnte dann auch nicht mehr entschädigen (offene Kabeldosen bzw. Blenden am Lichtschalter nicht sauber montiert). Der Service im Restaurant war mehr als unmöglich: HP mit Selbstbedienung am Buffet. Außerdem werden die Teller übertrieben schnell "weggerissen". Der süße Nachttisch (Eis) wird ohne Einmalhandschuhe "zurechtgematscht". Die Rezeption war so gut wie gar nicht besetzt (Rezeptionist war "geschäftlich" in Augsburg unterwegs). Fazit: Viel Getöse und fast gar nix kann auch nur halbwegs eingehalten werden.

Het hotel is gerenoveerd, er wordt nog wel aan gewerkt. We kregen een kamer op de derde verdieping, goed bereikbaar met de lift. Alleen was het een kamer met alleen een dakraam en een dichtgeplakt raam. In de sponning van het dakraam zat een wespennest. De deur van de douche was wel van doorzichtig glas, en er was een aparte WC. We kregen onmiddellijk een andere kamer, zelfde verdieping (mooi licht via atrium) en nu met drie gewone ramen (kopse kant van het hotel) en een badkamer met inloopdouche (werkte perfect) en WC, goede afzuiging. Ruim bed (springbox) met weinig dekbed. Op de kamer was de wifi niet sterk, net voldoende. Het is een groot hotel met ruim 60 kamers, waarvan er zo'n 20 bezet waren. Het mooie en grote restaurant kon de drukte prima aan. Het eten was prima, warm opgediend, mooi saladebuffet (en ook ruim ontbijtbuffet, met mogelijkheid voor een gebakken ei). Fraaie grote lobby met o.a. lekker zittende stoelen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en werkt hard.

Preis Leistung stimmen nicht, wird viel versprochen und wenig gehalten.Reklamationen erden ignoriert. "Saunalandschaft" verdient seinen Namen nicht, Minisauna und uralte Infrarotkabine. Grillabend mit "Grillspezialitäten" war der Gipfel. 4 Gänge Menue heißt Essen vom Buffet holen- Zimmer mit nicht nutzbaren Balkon, Klotür aus Glas NoGo .

Sehr schönes Hotel mit wirklich freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Kulinarisch haben wir selten so gut gegessen. Alles mit Liebe gemacht und angerichtet. Ok, es war ein Candlelight Dinner aber wir haben auch bei anderen auf den teller geguckt. Sogar das Frühstück war super. Kompliment. Große Auswahl, super frisch. Immer Jemand zur Stelle, frische Rühreier und und und. Einziger Nachteil hier... persönlich können wir uns mit Automatenkaffee einfach nicht anfreunden aber es soll ja Leute geben, die sich sogar zu Hause den geliebten Kaffee von einem Automat kochen lassen. Das Haus an sich ist aufwendig gebaut, verziert und aufgehübscht. Viel Holz und Gemütlichkeit. Super. Wände überall mit natürlichen Steinen verziert und eben sonst viel Liebe reingesteckt. In die Zimmer auch und vor allem in's Bad. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls aufwendig gebaut und hat eine top Bewertung verdient. Massage war super. Das muss mann erwähnen weil in Hotels die Massagen fast immer grottenschlecht sind. Der Außenbereich liegt leider im Argen. Viel Liebe investiert und große Pläne ersichtlich. Als Handwerker geht einem da das Herz auf um mal einen Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl abzugeben. Die Coronapanik hat hier offensichtlich mit voller Wucht die Keule ausgepackt. Angefangene Baustellen, untergestelltes Arbeitsmaterial, ersticktes, schlagartig abgebrochenes Leben auf den ersten Blick. Mit viel Geld und Herzblut wird das bestimmt eine traumhafte Unterkunft. Wandern in vollen Zügen und Altstadtbummeln in Nördlingen machen den Urlaub rund.
