The taps of the shower are impossible to handle, the temperature goes in 10 seconds from cold to realtime hot which is dangerous. The reception is empty, you have to bother the waiters of you have a question. Most waiters are friendly except one who looks and is extremely irritated. I Will never visit this hotel again.

Attitude of staff, all guest are as important not just coach party, making people sit together just because they have not laid up enough tables for all the guests. Laziness.

Hallo,..also hatte mir ja die Bewertungen, vor allem die negativen, im Vorfeld durchgelesen!! - Was da so alles bemängelt wurde, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen!? Uns hat es gefallen, vor allem auch das - All inklusiv - der Getränke! Essen war prima, Frühstück: alles da, Zimmerservice klasse geklappt und sauber! Im Wellnessbereich waren wir allerdings nicht! Personal freundlich und auch der Chef immer zugegen und ein prima Typ!! - Ja, man steht ein bisschen in ner kleinen Schlange beim abendlichen Hauptgang,..aber dafür frisch und alle Wünsche werden daher persönlich erfüllt! - Auswahl top und trotz jeden Abend Salatbüffet ( auch sehr reichhaltig ), gab es auch immer Gemüse! Ich würde sagen, das wir eventuell sogar nochmal wieder kommen würden! - Auch prima, das die Sehenswürdigkeiten und kleinen Städte im Umkreis, schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar sind! Und Wemding selbst, ist gemütlich, klein, aber so viele Geschäfte, die es so kaum noch gibt! ( Schuhgeschäft, Buchladen, Schreibwaren etc.! ) - Warum nur als - gut - bewerten,..weil,..was ist schon total perfekt!? ( Jeder hat andere Wünsche ) - Trotzdem,..liebes Seebauer - Team...weiter so...! MfG Chr. und M. Kuchel!

Im Bad uA Heizkörper stark angerostet, siehe Fotos. Wände zu Nachbarzimmern sehr dünn, extrem hellhörig. Blick vom Balkon auf Materialsammlung. Kein Restaurant Angebot a la carte, Bezeichnung Hotel daher nicht zutreffend. Völlig überteuert mit 180/Tag. Frühstück ok und Personal liebenswürdig.

Wir waren nur beim Mittagessen mit einer größeren Gruppe. Übersichtliche Tageskarte saisonal. Ausgezeichnet! Absolut empfehlenswert, sehr große Portionen und sehr freundliches Personal. Jederzeit wieder. Vorabreservierung empfehlenswert.

Sehr kaltes Zimmer, mehrere Tage mit voller Heizung notwendig zum aufwärmen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Essen - versprochen waren täglich ein vier Gänge Menü - war sehr einfallslos. Es gab jeden Abend die gleichen Beilagen und Salate. Die Suppen waren meistens versalzen. Das Hauptgericht konnte man sich am Grillschalter abholen - Wartezeit mit einbegriffen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war akzeptabel, aber leider auch jeden morgen das gleiche. Das Personal war freundlich und manchmal etwas verpeilt. Die Getränke dauerten etwas länger und das Abräumen des Geschirrs hat dann der Hoteleigentümer selbst gemacht.

Der Satz am Telefon bei der Anmeldung "Sie werden begeistert sein" war total übertrieben. Das "Upgrade" auf ein Balkonzimmer entpuppte sich als Aussicht auf die Dachfläche mit Solar/PV-Elementen. Die Reklamation im Hinblick auf den defekten Fernseher wurde 2 (zwei) mal ignoriert: "Ich habe keinen passenden Mann an der Hand". Ein Umzug für die letzte Nacht in ein Zimmer mit getrennter Sanitäreinheit und funktionierendem TV konnte dann auch nicht mehr entschädigen (offene Kabeldosen bzw. Blenden am Lichtschalter nicht sauber montiert). Der Service im Restaurant war mehr als unmöglich: HP mit Selbstbedienung am Buffet. Außerdem werden die Teller übertrieben schnell "weggerissen". Der süße Nachttisch (Eis) wird ohne Einmalhandschuhe "zurechtgematscht". Die Rezeption war so gut wie gar nicht besetzt (Rezeptionist war "geschäftlich" in Augsburg unterwegs). Fazit: Viel Getöse und fast gar nix kann auch nur halbwegs eingehalten werden.
