The hotel staff provided exceptional service, particularly the daytime female front desk associate and the gentleman with an Irish accent who worked the night shift. Our party required a last-minute booking, including accommodations for a wheelchair user and our dogs. The front desk associate efficiently secured the perfect rooms, and the night staff member thoughtfully prepared a fresh pot of coffee late in the evening for one of our guests. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the pool and hot tub were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of the guest laundry, gift shop, and small store. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

In our online reservation, we had requested a room as far from pet rooms as possible due to allergies. When we arrived, the receptionist told us that all rooms were pet rooms but that they had put us in a room that had not had pets recently and were doing an enhanced cleaning. Can't ask for much more than that. Thank you.

The hotel lobby is very cozy and inviting. Staff is top notch and friendly. Breakfast area is well maintained and is spotless. Has a very large room which was like 2 rooms with enough space for a family not to get on each other's nerves. The rooms are cleaned daily and there were more than enough towels. Location is very good too. This is a very nice place to stay. My one caveat would be that there is not enough handicapped parking in the front of the hotel.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, towels left were not sufficient for multiple people. Bed on pull out was never made & room was not left as clean as we would have expected. Overall the hotel was very nice & would come back again

This hotel is clean and staff very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. Good location. Our favorite Hampton Inn stay.
