實際就是小區內的合租房，看到的首圖都是公共客廳區域，外面看出去就是臟亂差的環境，實際離湖邊還是海邊超遠，房間沒有空調也沒有風扇，插座少的可憐，wifi信號不好，出了能拍幾張高處的風景沒其他優點，總之性價比低

小區環境很差，電梯破敗，室內設施很一般，裝修磁粉已經出現脱落，總體入住體驗和一般商務酒店無差別，根本不具備性價比。

民宿在小區裏面，小區略有點舊舊的，房主很好，也很熱情還下來接我們，幫我們拿行李，房間很大，景觀一級棒，可以看到草海全貌，衹是可惜沒看到日落了。小區旁邊的公路可以直通草海步行公路，非常方便，裏面還有一個小的咖啡店，可以坐一坐。民宿床睡起來很舒服，房間有電視就更好了，有時候還是需要電視打發一點時間，房間全封閉還是需要一個空調的。

非常非常差，不要被照片忽悠，進出不方便，沒有明顯標牌標識，在一個老舊小區裏，26樓，導航都找不到，樓下保安都不知道里面有這樣一個住宿的地方，攜程上全款預訂，下午2:00左右到店，表示非常不滿意申請退款，還説我已經入住不能取消。媽呀，站了不到兩分鐘。我們能在小縣城花700多的消費，怎麼可能住這種地方，一點安全感都沒有，也不正規的感覺。攜程平台説給我總房款的百分之二十，我不妥協，要不要退款已不重要，我衹想伸張正義。
善意提醒大家一定要去看了現場才決定要不要交錢住。
