In einem Villenviertel mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Park an der Ilm und zu Bushaltestellen Richtung Innenstadt und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist das Art Hotel sehr ruhig und doch relativ zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 15 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Anbetracht der Lage absolut in Ordnung. Für 7,00 €/Tag kann auch ein Parkplatz dazu gebucht werden, was für Autofahrer Sinn macht. Sofern man die Weimar-Card hat (Eintritt zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in und um Weimar und Eisenach) ist dort die kostenlose Nutzung des Nahverkehrs inklusive. Die Hotelzimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet (inkl. Kühlschrank mit Mini-Bar, Wasserkocher, Fön, gutes W-Lan), allerdings etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück (Buffet) ist reichhaltig und kann im Sommer auch auf der Terrasse des Restaurants eingenommen werden. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel für ein paar Tage Sightseeing in Weimar, das ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen würde.

sehr ruhige Lage, nahe am Weimarer Park gelegen; sehr zuvorkommender Service, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Gute Parkmöglichkeit, im Preis inbegriffen. Aus unserer Sicht etwas spätes Frühstück (Sonntags erst ab 8.00h), dafür aber alles frisch zubereitet.

Nettes kleines Hotel das zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem noch durchaus empfehlenswert ist. Der hauseigene Parkplatz und das außergewöhnlich vielfältige Frühstück sind im Preis inbegriffen. Die Betreiber sind ungemein hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Betten waren angenehm weich. Negativ aufgefallen ist lediglich, dass der Balkon nicht gereinigt war und die Ausstattung stellenweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist im Gesamtpaket aber sehr gut.

Nette Personal
Weimar ist eine schöne Stadt. Das hotel liegt nicht weit von Zentrum. Leider nicht so sauber. Zweimal das Zimmer gewechselt einmal wegen schimmel im Bad und einmal schimmel ans Fensterramen

Cute hotel in near center of town
Cute little hotel very near the center of town. Tiny parking lot, but if others park considerately it's enough room (a little challenging when people spread out and take up numerous spots). The rooms were clean and comfortable. Honestly, we were exhausted from just having arrived in Europe and then driving 4 hours, so we don't remember everything! I know we all slept well (enough for the first night after jet lag). I'd book the hotel again if in the area.
