酒店韓國人很多真的很吵，設施老舊，客房服務太一般，打掃房間不知道要補充備品麼，打去前台告知自己打客房服務電話？？？？早餐幾乎等於沒有。前台是三樓，一樓客房根本看不到海。交通很不方便，衹能叫車上山，晚上很黑很黑。

説實話，這服務和衞生我是0.5分都不想給，阿姨早上10點就拳頭敲門問要不要打掃，下午出去玩，走之前特地到前台告知房間需要清理，前台當面撥通客房服務告知我房間需要清理，但是吧，我6個小時後回到酒店，走之前什麼樣，回來還是什麼樣，估計雲清理了，到前台問，給我解決方案是：那我現在叫人過去給你房間簡單清理收拾一下，晚班的客房服務人員黃姓女士過來安撫情緒且收拾衞生（素服務素質特別棒，如果都是這樣的工作態度我覺得真的沒得挑），黃姓女士收拾房間時，前台工作人員過來，和我説給我換一個房間，早幹什麼去了？遇到問題，給我換房間？我東西不用收拾的？我有這時間精力我睡會不香？從上海到廣西到貴州到雲南到江蘇到膠東半島這麼多沿途城市，哪怕是民宿，我也沒見過明確特地告知需要清理到最後回房間能原封不動的！刷新咯我的認知，這就是五星級酒店的服務水準。經典！

臨時起意去的威海，高爾夫酒店對不是自駕有點偏遠，住宿很安靜，海景房，房型寬大明亮，乾淨衞生，服務滿意。自駕住這去哪裡都方便。本來打算一天，住的舒服又續住一天。二回首還回來。

服務異常的冷漠，高爾夫場地從早上6點開始就不能進去了，我住了幾天也沒見過6點打球的，為什麼那麼早就不給進？酒店所有告示説明都沒有説這個規定，可是我們入住了就和你説了，赤裸裸的引導消費，預約場地會告知你不會打球的不讓預約，酒店所有告示都是中英韓三語的，就是賠償告示衹有中文，怎麼的就衹有中國人需要賠償是嗎？這不歧視國人嗎？酒店的早餐也是讓我震驚了衹能點一份吃的，水都不給一杯，別説茶水咖啡了，都讓你另外付錢，這還不如別包早餐了，爺還付不起早餐嗎？前台都是一副瞧不起人就這樣愛住不住的嘴臉，我衹能説接近垃圾一樣的服務。

雙床房在酒店一樓，説好的可以看海，作為160的我，需要站板凳上才能看到，你怎麼説這個問題；酒店陽台外面是一片雜草，比原生態也好不到哪裡去，應該説全部的人工都用在了高爾夫球場的維護上，所以對酒店住宿的羣體來説，就沒有一點點想讓你下次來住的想法；酒店説的不能去高爾夫球場散步，但是，也沒有能夠給遊客飯後散步的區域，意味着你衹能待在房間，而且陽台沒有户外座椅；最後，酒店的早餐，那叫一個簡陋，就一點點各種草，幾種辣白菜，還有乾麪包了事，説實話500塊的酒店早餐都比這裏豐富，如果你不是目標客户，真心不建議住這裏，住宿體驗實在太差

五一在酒店辦理入住的時候想體驗一下第二天的高爾夫，前台説不會打就不能預約？？就算你住在酒店，從早上六點到晚上都不能下樓去户外，而且必須簽免責協議，明令客人不許去，合著是説球長了眼睛，衹會打到不會打高爾夫球的人頭上唄。在我一再讓步，從“能否去海邊看看”到“能否下樓去草坪上走走”的詢問都衹得到男前台絲毫不帶任何歉意地生硬冷漠回絕：“不能去。”我表示不滿後，這個男前台居然當著我的麪轉頭和同事用剛好我可以聽到的音量吐槽我？？後續他就一直捂着嘴坐在櫃枱後拒絕溝通。酒店位置偏僻，山裡到了晚上衹有幾盞無濟於事的路燈，交通不便，最開始定就是為了酒店環境好，可以在酒店附近活動，但是在這些要求下我衹能在屋裡待着。我個人認為如果僅僅是為了所謂的離海近的話，將近900塊錢的價格在威海別的海景大酒店完全可以得到賓至如歸的體驗。
