先説好的：服務挺好的。環境很好，一家一個小院子，可以自助燒烤。營地很大，停車很方便，直接停房間門口就行。自帶遊樂場，小朋友玩起來拔不動腿。海邊很近，很乾凈，人不算太多，畢竟同時也是開放的浴場。再説不好的：我住的這間房門不好用，不用刷卡就能開，也沒有簾子。海邊有海鮮燒烤，附近吃飯的地方很少，對小朋友來説吃飯是個問題。上下鋪的墊子太硬，硌的大胯疼

最差的一次體驗！前段時間來過一次，當時房車營地酒館營業，酒店給送酒！前幾天進酒店是下午兩點，這次改成了下午4點。進酒店的時候，還送的酒館的入場券！所以今天來的時候酒也沒帶多少，吃的帶的也少。尋思到酒館喝一杯，酒館關門了，沒想到酒店東西也不給送！給前台打電話，前台提供了一個電話，人家下班了，説不送！一氣之下，去了酒店前台，告訴前台酒館關門了，你們提供的電話也下班了！她明明知道，人家關門了，她既然還把電話提供給另一個客户，完全滿嘴跑火車！而且還説跟酒店沒關係，衹是提供服務！想投訴，問姓名也不告訴，還説是新來的，一直找藉口，還進裏面不出來接待！後期經理來電話，我説了不少話，衹是想討個説法！經理後期送來了六瓶啤酒，我要收款碼，服務員不給，説給我們喝的！今早退房時，六瓶啤酒錢前台從按金扣了！我們實在沒吃的了，把準備煮的面生吃了！我們是住威海本地的，衹是想在外面吹點風，喝點酒！但太失望了！！！外地的朋友，一定要考慮好了，再來！反正我們是不會再來了，也不會讓朋友們再來了，而且也會告訴他們！服務差！！！服務差！！！前台滿嘴跑火車！！！前台滿嘴跑火車！！！前台滿嘴跑火車！！！垃圾！！！

房間很好，住了兩晚，很喜歡。基地的綠地和小童遊樂設施都很好，就是早飯實在是太樸素了，跟房價匹配不上，質量有待提高。

房間設計不太合理，兩個家庭入住洗澡什麼的都不方便。熱水器一開始是壞的，來修了才恢復。下水道異味嚴重，薰的整晚睡不着。營地環境還是不錯的，就是房間維護和服務有待提高。
