Ze'an Runliu Hotel

Poor service, with only 1 staff working among three (at the time I checked in), the not so well trained staff allocated a yet to clean room to me. The trained staff scolded her with this and reconfirm to cleaning staff so that she can change a new room for me if the room wasn't cleaned yet. This untrained cleaning staff claimed the room was clean. But the fact was the room wasnt cleaned yet (she lied). Went down to reception to change another room . Poor hygiene , with stains on bedsheets and sink and fur or hairs on floor upon check in. Poor room service, their room service meant to replenish items only like water, towel etc but not to clean the room (clean the toilet and bedroom). Location is good, near to main train centre and Korean streets. Foods and hypermarket within walking distance
