服務：老闆十分熱情，可以提前預訂品嚐一下老闆的獨特手藝，不貴，但好吃，家的味道。

環境挺好的，安靜。訂外賣什麼的也很方便，老闆一家人也很斯文客氣。離半月灣和海源公園都很近，走過去也就10分鐘左右。下次還來！威海是一個很美的城市。

感謝老闆幫我把遺漏在房間的東西寄回來，這次去威海，他們家是我住的最滿意的一次，房間衞生特別乾淨，下次去，還訂他們家，也推薦給身邊朋友了，還有他們家民宿的位置特別好，離半月灣，貓頭山，還有還源公園特別近，再次感謝老闆！

這個山海民宿就是個騙子，根本不是網上介紹的那樣依山傍海有庭院的小別墅，就是個很偏僻的自建房，交通不便利，居住條件差，房間狹窄，裝修廉價，床品和毛巾都是低劣粗糙的化纖製品，也根本沒有什麼山景海景，老舊的空調嗡嗡響還不製冷，晚歸的客人大聲喧嘩隔音極差，一晚上幾乎沒睡。真不知道那些好評是怎麼刷出來的。房間裏沒有熱水壺，想喝熱水得自己去一樓打，一天就給兩瓶礦泉水，説已經給提供熱水了，多給礦泉水怕客人浪費，我好像回到了70年代，老闆看我不高興了又改口説你想喝可以隨時來取，管夠，這自建房衹有樓梯沒有電梯，房間沒有電話沒有酒店服務，我想喝點水還得巴巴跑到一樓去和你要，這真的是一個服務行業的酒店嗎？就這老闆還不理解我為什麼執意要把後續的訂房都退掉，我是要及時止損啊。在這裏感謝攜程網，協助幫我退掉了後續的房間，還補償了我的損失，不然真的損失慘重，這種低劣的品質敢售價400多一間房不含早餐，我還定了兩間三天，完全顛覆想象，老闆問我為什麼退房，我説你家交通不便環境差，老闆居然説我們就是家民宿，你之前沒看評論嗎？你對民宿還有什麼奢求。笑話，民宿要麼便宜，敢要價高的都是很有特色的高品質民宿，就你家這環境一百塊我都不來住，交通環境質量景色一樣不佔還很理直氣壯，老闆説他家打網約車定外賣都能送到，我像聽了個笑話，現在還有網約車外賣送不到的地方嗎？我看老闆也根本也不想拉回頭客，就是用網上的照騙和不知道怎麼刷出來的好評騙冤大頭，能騙一個是一個，提醒各位廣大遊客，這家真是個黑店，千萬不要來。

這個民宿真的很適合那種慢節奏遊玩的人住 很温馨 我和我朋友去的時候是老闆幫我們提的行李 還給了我們兩個酸奶喝 還有小布丁 老闆一家人也很好 房間跟圖片上的是一樣的 可能就是空調有一點不太給力 但是多開一會就很涼快了 雖然是在半山腰上 但是打車還是很方便的 而且晚上真的很安靜 特別舒服 感受一下那種慢節奏的生活 真的不錯
