服務好沒的説找不到房間親自帶着去非常熱情，酒店大廳非常氣派看着高檔，但畢竟是有點老舊了，環境更是好的沒的説，酒店外面的植物種類繁多居然還有木瓜樹居然結果了，還有金桂，銀桂酒店大廳都飄着桂花的香氣使人心曠神怡。

第一次住昆嵛，真的驚艷！！文登的老牌酒店，但內部重新裝修過，房間內設施真的是高於四星的！服務真的沒得説！做到了真正的賓至如歸，住過那超多五星酒店，這裡能讓人感覺到不衹是職業素養的禮貌，還有山東人真正的熱情好客！從前台到客房服務真的超讚！入住有水果，每天還有晚安酸奶～客房服務的春葉姐姐給我們推薦了很多好玩兒的地方！走的時候還有辦手小禮物，以後來威海一定還住這裏！！真的200%推薦！

這次是姥姥姥爺帶着大寶去文登，我選了好幾家酒店，但是看到昆嵛酒店的評價和圖片就決定住這裏了，新裝修的環境好，服務態度也很好，而且周邊有吃有玩，家人非常滿意，再去文登還住這裏
