There were roaches and dark spots on the sheets. Waste of money, ac barley worked. Could not stay...nonrefund. Worst experience.

We had Kitchen aplliances and a very cozy bed. Quiet. Had questionable people staying in other rooms, was a little scared. Room itself was good for us.

Horrible Website says you can get dishes and coffee maker and stove top for a deposit. I brought food and spent the extra for the room with a fridge and kitchen sink, only to be told the other stuff wasn't available. So, they will let you pay extra to book that room, then not provide the supplies that you need.

Never stay here Refused to stay. Bugs and was disgusting. Requested handicap room a month in advance. Hotel stated that they don’t have any. Gave us a room on 2nd floor. No elevators

This place is a DUMP!! We reserved two nights in June before our cruise out of Galveston. The room we were given smelled badly, a/c wasn't working properly and stains on the bed sheets. Asked for another room. Again, room smelled badly, stains on bed sheets, cigarette butt by the microwave, there was a one inch gap between the door and door jam where light came through, several holes in curtains and when you turned on the shower, dirty water came out. When our two granddaughters went swimming, the pool was murky and you couldn't see, even with googles on. On top of that, there were a number of people sitting outside their room smoking, We had to walk by a group of three "ladies" sitting outside on the walkway. They were smoking and had a bottle of liquor they were drinking. The place was seedy, dirty and after being there for maybe 45 minutes, we checked out and got a full refund. I would NOT recommend this place, even though the price was good. Like the old saying, you get what you pay for.

Crap hotel So I paid for a room with a kitchenette and got a handicapped room, booked it for a pool and breakfast. No breakfast and pool was locked. Also was to be a non smoking but it smelled like smoke. Crappy fridge not a good stay at all.
