Great place to stay with family’s or friends on your vacation in the mountain. We have live here for 15 years now. We love the neighborhood it’s quiet and friendly. This is a three bedroom and 2 1/2 bath in a quiet cul-de-sac. Between Asheville in Weaverville, close to shopping, local restaurant, music venue, close to I 26 and a 240. Free parking. The house is totally refurnished.With full kitchen. So close to downtown and major attraction yet in a quiet residential area.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

This is not 4 bedrooms, as the title says, only 3. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, host very responsive.
