"Was good until the power went off for almost 12 hours and we was locked out of our rooms and there was no discounts given or reimbursement."

"Very convenient to a restaurant we wanted to try and the staff with whom we interacted were very nice. However, the bathroom verged on unacceptable, The overwide door could not be fully opened as it hit the unusually low toilet. The bath mat could not be stepped on without scrunching; only the fact that there was almost no room to fall down prevented a fall even for able people. Hall air conditioning did not work well and breakfast was truly sparse -- a few cold rolls, apples, cold cereal and coffee that ran out faster than customers. No boiled eggs or hot cereal, which could have been provided even without a real kitchen. We didn't plan to use the pool, but I did note that it was unappealing. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable -- if you didn't want a facial tissue! Check in took a while as they could not find our reservation for some time. Given that we were just looking for a place to crash after a long day before going down the Parkway, it was OK but definitely not could."

"Need to focus on better cleaning in the bathroom. Room was too humid and has a faint odor of cigarette smoke. This is a AQI concern, as mold can develop in these conditions. The event we were there for ended early so we checked out a day early. Would like to thank the front desk for changing the stay dates to an earlier day as the event changed days on us at the last moment."

"I am so glad I did my research and found Affordable Corporate Suites in Waynesboro. We planned a long weekend to see a local play, the town Christmas parade, Swannanoa Palace, and a few antique stores. I know I read so many reviews of different places - (high end, BnB, chain hotels , etc) to stay and I was beginning to get discouraged. Then I got lucky and found this. It sounded perfect, just what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, roomy, in a very quiet part of town, but not so far out that it was a hassle. Mel and June do a fabulous job, and the number of longer-staying guests proves it. An added plus is the view of the mountains from the front. We will be returning!"
