The receptionist, Natasha, on October 10th at 12:00 pm was extremely helpful, and very patient and went out of her way to be nice to us when making reservations on various different dates using points. I am a Marriott Envoy Platinum Member, which has been useless up until now. Natasha on the other hand made up for it. Marriott should have more employees like her.

This is a very convenient and well maintained property. On the positive side, check in was quick and pleasant, the room clean, the bed linens, pillows and mattresses were excellent, recently renovated bathroom, comfortable desk and chair, large closet and dresser, and a sofa bed with ottoman. We did need to immediately change our first room as the thermostat was not working and the a/c never came on. And the morning flow of guests leaving their rooms, with doors opening and closing, seemed to be noisier than most properties. Overall I would definitely recommend and will return.

This hotel has very small rooms with king size beds In them. They have no breakfast, no coffee no nothing. Do not stay here

just a 1 night stay, Starbucks in the lobby was great, hotel staff were great, but our room had a damp musty feel to it.

The hotel was fine but on our last day they started working on the roof without closing off the side exits. On our way out the side door to our car we were nearly hit by pieces of shingles and nails as the workers were just throwing them off the roof. I’ve never experienced such irresponsible and dangerous management. I found a manager and he left to tell them to close off the exits - although they didn’t do it for all as the workers were moving around the roof.
To top this it off, even though checkout is at 12pm they cleaned my room earlier. When I tried to go back in my room the cleaning lady told me I shouldn’t go back in at 11am because she already cleaned it (even though I hadn’t yet checked out). I told her I never checked out and still had the room for 1 more hour. 15 minutes later someone knocked on the door and tried to walk in again while I was laying down. The door stopper was on so they left.
