We travelled in a group of 5, stayed in the resort for 3 nights. Checked out on the 4th day. In short, one of my best experiences, (if not the best)- in terms of stay, hospitality, and food. It is a small-ish stay, only 7 rooms in total for the guests, around 1.5 km off the road, and in a 4 acre coffee garden. Pros: EVERYTHING in this property will come under its pros. It's perfect for unwinding from the hustle and bustle of city life. Nothing to do except for listening to the silence, and soothing one's eyes in the surrounding green. However, the main tourist attractions of Wayanad are only 1-1.5 hrs drive away. The food is awesome. Breakfast was included, and their small but efficient kitchen whipped out delicious meals every time. They also cater to the guests' special requests subject to the availability of the ingredients, and those impressed us every time. As an avid non-veg eating person, I can say that their veg items were also equally tasty. Coming to the overall hospitality and maintenance of the property, there is absolutely no way someone can find any flaws in that respect. Mr. Wafa, and other employees including the one attending the guests and the chefs were always smiling and super helpful, in case we needed anything. The property is maintained well. The views from the rooms are perfect, to say the least. We went to a falls (unfortunately not much water in April), a tea garden, and an old Bungalow near the property with Mr. Wafa. He is also a very efficient driver. The tea garden is scenic, and we had to convince ourselves with the setting sun and upcoming darkness to go back to the resort. Cons: The only con of this property, is lack of signboards. There are two places where an existing board could make the navigation easier. To sum up, it is a perfect place to escape the everyday chaos of a city life, and we would love to visit soon again.
