If there is any evidence of pets inside the cottage and the pet fee was not paid, there will be a $150 fee taken out of your deposit. Guests acknowledge, understand, to the following items must be adhered to: Pets are not allowed on furniture nor on or in beds. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee of not less than $100 if pet hair causes a delay in cleaning services. Guests agree that they will not use any linen or towels on pets other than the pet towels Guests bring for their pets. Pets must be completely housebroken, well behaved, and pest free. Pets shall be crated while alone in the cabin. No playing with Dog inside cabin, throwing balls, jumping ,scratching, skidding, digging ect. Please walk the dog away from walkways around the cabin area to the lawn or along the driveway when the dog needs to Pee or #2. Guests agree to pay for any damages caused by pets. If pets have an accident in the cabin, all clean-ups will be performed by the Guests.
