I arrived at this hotel at 3am with no reservation after a bad experience at another local hotel. Jasmine checked me in and was so kind and accommodating, and got us in a room right away. There’s nothing better than feeling well taken care of. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch, the beds and pillows were comfy, room was clean. Thanks to Jasmine for the excellent customer service!!

The property and rooms are like brand new. The Staff was extremely friendly. Room, Bed, and Bathroom were, as I said, like brand new. Breakfast had good choices, and we enjoyed it. We would stay here again.

I gave this hotel a 10 out of 10, I have stayed at this hotel several times and the first person that I came in contact with on this trip was Miss Emily the night time front desk agent with a contagious smile that lit up the warm dark Iowa night time sky, She was very knowledgeable and informative and passionate about her job and the state which she’s from. She knows her stuff, Marriott needs to hire or nominate her to be the Corporate Director, Leader, and Director of Training on-boarding new employees.
