I liked hotel's location & cleanliness. Some nearby free 'on street' parking was available. Walls are a bit thin so conversations from neighboring units will be heard. Room was well equipped & larger than average. Only real issue was with electronic door locks. I paid for early check in but couldn't get in at designated time due to hotel-wide issue with doing locks. I got in relatively quickly but other guests were locked out for hours. Based on other reviews, there are a lot of issues with their door lock system. Regardless, I'd consider staying here again.

Soft bed, full kitchen, nice shampoo and conditioner. There is a storage locker if you arrive before your room is ready and a lot of restaurants and a park to check out nearby

We have stayed here on numerous occasions as it is near relatives in the DC area. Each time we have stayed here it has been a remarkably pleasant experience. The price is very fair and the accommodations are always clean and more than adequate. The desk personnel is very responsiveand always warm and friendly

Location is great, quality of room not to much, dirty sheets on pullout, bedroom door doesn't close, rug in room prevents it being opened more than few inches. Oven/dishwasher dont work, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Im a disabled veteran, it took over an hour to gain access to lobby due to very low staff.

Do not stay here! When I checked in on Friday, our room was filthy(pics taken if needed). We asked to be moved to another room, but none available. I was told by the front desk that the manager would comp us because of this and was told that a manager would be in the next day to talk to us. No one ever came to talk to us. On Saturday, I seen on my bank account where I was double charged for the roo., which put my account in the negative. Not a great experience when you're out of town. When I told the front desk about this other issue, I was assured that a manager would get back to be, because this isn't the first time this has happened to someone. The front desk gave the manager my contact information on Saturday, again I never heard anything. So yesterday(4/21), I called the hotel. The front desk put me on a long 8 min hold to find the manager, then the phone was hung up. Me and my boyfriend called back, with no answer. So a voicemail was sent. This is very unprofessional and you don't mess with someone's money like that or put them in a dirty room, especially with children.The manager ended up calling me that evening and asked for the pictures and that she would call me right back. She never called back. I even sent a message to her asking for an update, nothing. I am very displeased by the service and the overall hotel experience at Reside Navy Yard in Washington DC and I've contacted corporate in regards to this.

So peaceful and quiet. Room was very clean and neatly. Easy parking and minutes away from everything to get food and do activities around here in eastern market. Service was good and staff very helpful/friendly. Had all the amenities and supplies needed while staying here the entire weekend. I definitely will come again and referral this location to family & friends.

Booked a room with pullout. Couch was good stained and crackers in between cushions. Frame of pullout broken. Offered to change room the next night. Have spent hours trying to reach customer service. No response. Would not recommend under any circumstances

You are required to enter a passcode on a keypad to enter the building (it is locked 24/7) and the same code on a keypad for your room. The keypads to enter the building only worked once, the rest of the time I had to call the front desk to be let in the building. I mentioned this issue with the front desk every time during my 6 day stay and the issue was never resolved. The keypad on the door worked great. The room was substandard (and I am being generous), It was one of the dirtiest room I have ever been in and I have traveled for many years. The floors were sticky, stains on the carpet, couch, coffee table had crumbs and was sticky, the bedsheets had hairs on them, I could go on and on. I had to put down towels and set on them and wear shoes/slippers and sleep fully clothed. It had a tv but the remote wouldn’t turn it on. I mentioned this to the staff and it wasn’t until the 5th day that they came and changed my sheets and brought fresh towels. I called Wyndham customer service on the 3rd day and told them about all the issues, I was told someone would call me back but that has yet to happen. Possibly the worst experience on my 30+ years of hotel stays. For almost $300 a night, do not recommend this hotel, you can stay at a roach motel be in a better environment and save your money.
