Location close to bus stops and subways. The area is quiet, with Trader Joe's a 10-minute walk away. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, so meals were cheap. There was a water server at the back of the front desk, so drinking water was available for free. My personal disappointment was that, although the hotel description said there was a gym, there was no such facility. Also, the refrigerator was set to a very low temperature, so all the food I had put in there froze, which was disappointing. Also, the front desk staff was not knowledgeable or experienced, so I was charged twice for my accommodation when I checked in, and after Trip.com asked me to pay the money in advance, it took almost three weeks for the refund to be made, which was really disappointing.

The environment is good, very quiet and convenient. The room was large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a seven or eight-minute walk from the Foggy Bottom subway station, and the bus on Pennsylvania Avenue is very convenient. It's also convenient to eat nearby. The Walgreen store on the corner is open until midnight, and there's a Trader Joe's not far away.
