We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful furnishings and wonderful view of the surrounding area. Kaitlyn and Ezekiel were wonderful and suggested some great nearby eateries and nightlife. The surrounding area to the left of the building was a little shady but I would absolutely stay here again!

It's 20 mins walk to Union Station and 15 mins walk to Union Market. Bus station & few convenience stores nearby. However, there are plenty of homeless asking for money where I have to circle around to avoid them following me into the building. Apartment is spacious but the door banging sound is loud. Homeless yelling downstairs is also annoying. Nice to have washer, dryer with washing tablets and drying paper. Dish washing tablets are also provided. Complete utensils (I think cos I did not use them) and 2 bottles of water. I like the dripping coffee. Receptionists were all poker face and told me there is no bottle water when I called to check. Open door for me when the door access machine is not working but she complaint a bit. Overall satisfied and recommend to stay here.

At first glance, the room seemed quite big and clean. After checking in, I discovered that there were hairs on the bed and a stranger's socks in the washing machine.

I stayed in the pint house and its was really nice everything was nice and clean looked brand new the bed was comfortable I felt like I was at home I will definitely stay there the next time I'm in dc

After the shock of needing a pass code to enter the building, I adjusted. My 4th floor suite was wonderful and I had decent view overlooking the highway. Limited housekeeping in fact my suite wasn't cleaned during my 4 day stay but I enjoyed the in unit dishwasher and washer/dryer. I used uber to get around and heard street parking was available. There's a 10min walk to Safeway grocery and 20min to CVS and local eateries. Ramps. If you're easy going, unnerved by street people, and having to use the same passcode to enter the bldg and unit, it's a good deal. I'd book again. No bugs or rodents!!!!

The penthouse was great. Awesome view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. I really liked the friendly smiles of the staff when you walked by the front desk.
