Willing to change an air-conditioned room for me free of charge. Good customer service. Good kitchen facilities. Spacious room.

It was a good stayed , everything was perfectly clean and tidy , good location , nice front desk personal . One complaint was about some teenagers being noisy in the third floor of the hotel, slamming the doors, running and being so loud when people were trying to get some rest before going to bed. Besides of that it was good !

Receptionist allowed us to check in earlier, thanks her for that. Sauna was very good, we liked our room, it’s big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I’ll recommend it to my friends

Service is good and the breakfast is excellent with many choices of food. Near to Airport and easily get transport to airport

Very close to Chopin airport. Room was big and clean but no ac.

The hotel is comfortable, looks more like an studio apartment then hotel room but the service could be better. First night that we arrived there was no hot water available till afternoon the next day. Reception just told us that as a fact, with no apologies whatsoever. Otherwise, not bad. Quite far from the center but close to Chopin Airport.

The price is reasonable and food is good.

So clean, beautiful, breakfast was very good!near the airport but has good connections with city center.. All recommendations if you have flight transfer in Poland!

The hotel has two buildings. The rooms in the back one are bigger and closer to the restaurant. The breakfast is rich. I recommend staying here every time I come to Warsaw.
