All staff were very kind providing assistance when needed. Front Desk staff explained using my Wyndham points. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

If you are looking for an at home feel and cared for like a family member then I suggest this location. AMAZING staff to say the least. Everything was immaculate from the room to the staff to the cleanliness. Thank you for making this long trip feel short. After sixteen stays in seven months—many involving multiple-night visits—this property has unfortunately lost our future business. That decision is disappointing, as Georgina, Rosemary, Angie, and Kat (DJ) consistently exemplified the professionalism and warmth that should define Wyndham standards. Their service was the reason we continued returning. --- Privacy Breach and Data Concerns On October 23rd at approximately 2:40 p.m., while staying for four nights, I received a digital alert that my business address had been searched online. That address is listed as the billing address for my personal credit cards—I never use my residence for privacy reasons. I employ these alerts for marketing purposes, but they also provide insight into when my business information is accessed. Earlier that same day, I spoke with Cierra, the front desk manager, regarding a billing discrepancy. My total room charge was $558, yet an additional charge of $411 was also processed. When questioned, she replied, “Whoever checked you in forgot to close the third window.” The explanation was troubling and inconsistent with Wyndham’s standard procedures, especially given that I had checked in through the Wyndham app. I subsequently disputed the $411 charge with my credit-card company. Following the alert, my IT team traced the search of my business address to a La Quinta in-house desktop. At that time, Cierra was the only employee on duty. A staff member—who will remain unnamed for discretion—later stated, “She does that when she thinks the guest has money.” This is not a minor issue; it represents a serious internal breach of guest privacy and data security. My legal team did a full search on Cierra in case we wish to pursue further action and reviewed the complete case files and police reports, which confirmed that she has two pending criminal cases involving violent conduct. Considering her access to sensitive guest data, including full credit card information, this presents a significant liability and reputational risk for both the property and Wyndham corporate. Lack of Accountability I reported the incident directly to one of the property’s owners but never received acknowledgment or follow-up. During our final stay, staff appeared hesitant to engage with me—what I perceived as fear of retaliation or termination by management. The lack of transparency or corrective action following such a serious matter is deeply concerning. My credit-card company has advised filing a police report, which I am considering after my legal team completes additional review and gathers additional information. I have also escalated this matter to Wyndham’s executive offices for formal investigation and resolution. Decline in Guest Experience Even apart from the data incident, the overall quality of our stays has diminished noticeably. First the good. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. She is a big plus!! The rest....................... The room was very large, huge TV. It was "so so" clean- mostly not. I did not take off my socks. The smell from the heat/ac unit was terrible too - very musty smelling - room also and we were on the 2nd floor. The road noise is HORRIBLE!!! I could not sleep until I turned off the a/c and heat and just had on the fan on full blast- PLUS -I had my fan that I brought with me on to drown out some of the road noise. It was terrible and it was NOT a freeway, just a road in front of the hotel. My friend went to use the pool - it was FREEZING cold - she was unable to use it - no whirlpool either. We stayed here because they had an indoor pool and she needs it for medical purposes, but she was unable to use it. I think they are refurbishing - I don't know if our room was one or not, but it did not seem like it has been refurbished at all or maybe it was just the poor cleaning.

Great staff, clean rooms and very good breakfast . The hotel is undergoing a renovation so it will be even better in the future. Close to everything

Excellent customer service. The ladies on the front desk were some of the friendliest and caring staff we have ever met. Very Clean hotel and the full hot breakfast was perfect. After traveling 2000 plus miles we were in desperate need of some TLC and your staff and hotel met all of our needs and more. Thank you so much! 10’s across the board
