I enjoyed my stay! They keep the grounds and the rooms well. I felt very comfortable. If I am in the area again I would definitely like to stay here again

We were looking for one room to sleep 3 adults. The beds were great according to my traveling companions. I slept on the pullout couch which was very uncomfortable. The person at checkin was very helpful and nice. Please consider hi boy toilets and grab bars. Also some rooms with 3 beds. Breakfast was delicious.

Had to come back to my hometown for a funeral. The weather was horrible, but the stay was nice They even upgraded us to a suite..

On the fence
It could’ve been better. Even though it was a family trip, me and my partner wanted to take advantage. The tv flickered on and off the first two days of the trip. But ANNA gave top tier customer service. She contacted her boss immediately on the issue. After a couple of glitches, they solved the problem.
My absolute con was the jetted tub. It worked but the debris that floated out the jets was less to be desired. Just settled on the shower.
Bed and pillow (to me)was suburb!!!! Rooms well maintained.

The carpet was so dirty, the red chair in the room was horrible and dirty , didn’t feel comfortable walking on the floor, the sink didn’t drain properly we had to wait for the water to drain when we brushed our teeth

Everything was lovely for an overnight stay, with the exception of a large group in neighboring rooms who were obviously there to party. I called the desk and messaged…….the noise did lessen near midnight.
