Nice hotel but could improve
Nice newer hotel, too pricey for what they offer. Clean room and facility but little things are missing to say its the perfect hotel/stay. For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. That was pretty upsetting since I traveled with my older father for his birthday. The staff wasnt hardly able to communicate in english. Towels had to be exchanged at front desk, ect. As I said, little things. Big negative thing was the closed outdoor pool with daily
construction noise. Perfect was the breakfast buffet and the availability to open the window (9th floor) for a fresh sea breeze . Overall a nice stay but I have seen in same price range better accommodations.

We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend.

Ein schöner Frühlingstag im April und auf nach Warnemünde. Nach einem Spaziergang am Strand sind wir auf die Bar mit Sonnenterrasse des aja Hotels in Warnemünde gestoßen. Einen schönen Platz in der Sonne ergattert und gewartet… und gewartet… Als die Bedienung ohne Karte kam, wir hätten eben gerne gewusst, was angeboten wird, wieder gewartet. Getränke bestellt und bekommen. Dorekt nach der Rechnung gefragt und wieder gewartet. Bezahlt! Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wie das in der Saison laufen soll?

Wir haben hier 2 Tage verbracht. Es hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Frühstück war lecker, es gab noch zusätzlich Möglichkeit mittags sich kostenlos Kaffe und Kuchen zu holen. Beheizbare Pools waren top. Fitnessraum und Wellness vorhanden. Shop vorhanden, Zigarettenautomat für Raucher auch da gewesen. Leider hatten wir eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vermisst, am ersten Tag war es sehr heiß. Wasserspender im Fitnessbereich wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Lage sehr gut, Strand gleich da gewesen ( Liegen müssen separat bezahlt werden ) , zum Bahnhof 17 Minuten zu Fuß. Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Preislich eher teuer, WLAN könnte besser sein.

Gebucht war eine Juniorsuite mit Balkon im 10. Stock. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, die Zimmereinrichtungen (hier in anderen Berichten hinlänglich geschrieben) ist dagegen sehr einfach gehalten und entspricht nicht dem, was man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten kann. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt nur alle zwei Tage (was als kleingedruckte Information - nur schwer auffindbar - zu lesen ist). Begründet wird dieser fehlende Service mit einem "Nachhaltigkeitskonzept"... Das Personal ist freundlich.

Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade und ist nur etwa 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt, sehr schönes Zimmer, geräumiges Bad mit gutem Bett und sehr sauber. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und bietet mehr als man sich wünschen kann ,Tolle Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet von Sylke und ihre Kollegen . Am Abend gibt es ein sehr umfangreiches Buffet mit tollen Gerichte von hohe Qualität . Restaurant- und Küchen Personal sehr freundlich ,überhaupt wird man im ganzen Hotel sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.
