Only a short 3 minute drive to Warm Mineral Springs, 20 min to Englewood beach, close to numerous stores and restaurants. Driveway/street parking available. Sleeps 8 comfortably + baby (pack&play provided). Bright kitchen, new appliances, fun family room with TV & games. Fast WIFI. Beach chairs/toys for your use! If you need more space for your family get together- the other side of this duplex is also available for short term rent- Can be found under my listings! Both sides are completely separate and do not have any shared spaces other than the large driveway. Our home is your home! Nothing is off limits other than a small closed closet we use to store supplies. We appreciate you taking care of our home and belongings just like you would with your own. :) Other things to note We will go out of our way to make you feel at home.
