Fabulous little upscale cabins overlooking the gardens and vineyards next to the Plume restaurant. We stayed here a few days and loved it. Very comfortable, very nice, quiet, gorgeous. The gardens are amazing, birdsong every morning and evening. Wonderful patio to enjoy wine. Highly recommend and hope to return.

My mum and I stayed for one night and we wish we could have stayed for a week! The accommodation was perfect, from the lovely welcome at the front desk to the spotlessly clean rooms and well manicured gardens. Only a short drive to Matakana town centre and the excellent restaurants available. We would definitely stay again

A comfy, new and tidy villa in beautiful grounds. Don’t miss the ‘leisure walk’ and relaxation area, and the winery restaurant next door - come for lunch so you can enjoy the grounds. The pool was shut for winter but so pretty! Also a friendly cat which I loved

We loved our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful gardens and outdoor seating. Highly recommend dining at the restaurant too - the food is delicious. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed.

We've stayed at Plume villas quite a few times now. We keep coming back because they are so peaceful and they are beautifully appointed. We always stay in a Tui villa, meant for two. They aren't big but big enough for two. They are a simple but thoughtful design and just right for a weekend away in an interesting area. It's about a 5 minute drive into the village but coffee is very close by and of course they have their own (really good) restaurant on site. We keep going back so we naturally highly recommend Plume Villas.

From our first telephone conversation with the reception/booking person (I believe she looks after the villas in the owners absence) to our reluctant check out Plume Villas were hard to fault. Friendly, helpful and informative service, spotless and extremely well appointed villa, lovely well maintained grounds and despite the rain welcome warmth and comfort on our return. The villas include dishwasher drawer (convenient but as the villas are serviced not necessary unless guests choose to use), underfloor bathroom heating, microwave, fridge, heat pumps, small table and chairs on decks and a lovely bottle of complimentary bubbles. Location is convenient to everything and during summer there is a small pool which I''m sure would be welcome in warmer weather. We took advantage of the special rate for our two night stay but, in the future, will return regardless. Highly recommend for families and couples alike. Thank you for making a short break away easy, comfortable and very enjoyable.
