家人們誰懂啊！這次住酒店的經歷簡直是我住店生涯的“噩夢”，必須給大家避避雷。
一進房間，那撲面而來的煙味，感覺就像走進了一個二手煙製造工廠，差點把我薰暈過去。我立刻要求換房，本以為能迎來轉機，結果新房間直接讓我“絕望”。不僅沒窗户，空氣不流通，被子上還殘留着那股令人作嘔的煙味，這一夜我被薰得根本沒睡好，第二天直接頂着個大黑眼圈，比熬夜加班還憔悴。
更離譜的是，交按金的時候，我給了現金，他們連個正規收據都不給，我再三要求才給手寫了一個，還連個簽名都沒有，這操作簡直太不規範了，感覺我的錢隨時都可能“打水漂”。
退房的時候更是讓我火冒三丈，居然誣陷我用了馬桶套要收費。房間裏本來就沒有馬桶套，要是我用了，垃圾桶裏肯定能找到，他們拿不出任何證據就隨意收費，這不是明擺着坑人嗎？我嚴重懷疑收按金就是為了找各種理由剋扣。
再看看這酒店的設施，房間房門連個貓眼都沒有，安全性根本無法保障。這酒店管理水平真的是一塌糊塗，毫無專業性可言。住了這麼多家酒店，這家絕對是最讓人糟心的，以後我是絕對不會再來了，也勸大家慎重選擇！
