Fantastic set up.A detatched house divided into 5 studios.Very clear instructions about how to access the property.Very warm and cosy.Double bed was really comfortable,nice linen plenty of pillows.Bathroom very modern and plenty of thick fluffy towels.Small kitchen with kettle and microwave,courtesy tray with tea and coffee and sugar,fridge, cutlery and crockery,basic but enough.Would have liked a toaster.There was an iron and ironing board and hairdryer.Wall mounted T.V. Really comfortable 2 night stay.Quiet Street.with easy parking. Great value for money would stay again.

This place should not even get a rating. IF YOU ARE A SOLO PERSON ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE DO NOT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING AT NIGHT, THERE IS NO FRONT DOOR YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH A SIDE GATE IN ORDER TO GET TO THE DOOR WHICH IS LOCKED. IT IS UNSAFE AND UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION TO BE IN. THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE A COUNCIL HOUSE SURROUNDED BY OTHER OTHER COUNCIL HOUSES - THE AREA LOOKS LIKE A DUMP SO IF YOURE DRIVING BE WEARY ABOUT YOUR CAR AND PARKING. There isn't a 24hr service as they stated you try and call them and there's no answer then a random mobile number calls you back a few minutes later telling you there's an issue with your booking as they haven't received the deposit and you can't access the building until that's done baring in mind if you're booking through *********** you're already charged to stay in the property. To me this seems like a scam. I asked to speak to a manager because I said I felt unsafe and uncomfortable but they cancelled my booking as a no show so I'm still being charged for this horrific experience and I'm yet to speak to a manager - there's never been a response or call back or even a response to my email. I've also asked for a refund from the property and I stated that I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. It's been a month now and nothing I even went through *********** and they did not get a response from the hotel either. DO NOT GO TO THE HOTEL

I booked this place but my booking was cancelled ?? And we missed a concert we planned to go to . When I phoned them (twice)they could not sort out my payment themselves ! Nightmare !! Very poor communications , They told me one thing that Bookings .com subsequently said was wrong . Bookings.com tried to contact them to sort they got no response !! I was promised call back no response I have subsequently emailled them no response . I would never knowingly book a place that is digital only especially when to call sort things the people are not in a position to resolve the issue . Disgarceful service !!
