The hotel was clean and facilities as the hotel information. However, the best part of this visit was the care of the hotel staff, and genuine desire to make our trip enjoyable, which they achieved magnificently.

Very friendly staff, make you feel welcome. Food in bistro is very limited for a frequent stayer. Hot Breakfast could have greater choice, Hash Browns as an example. Rooms are functional.

The bed and the pillows were not comfortable the tv channels were not working properly because of the Aerial the shower was not so good the breakfast was not so good the air con fan should have been above the bed and there should have been more channels on the tv

Spent 2 nights here and I would recommend. Comfy bed and clean rooms. Staff are friendly and the food standard is good. Only thing missing is sky sports in the bar which isn’t a massive inconvenience. Highly recommend

Comfy room, friendly staff throughout the hotel - all made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good but vegan options limited. I asked for vegan milk for our room and got a litre carton of oat milk which I really appreciated!! Only problem we had was noise from our neighbours. People going from room to room (there was a large group staying in multiple rooms near us) til gone midnight then before 7am created a lot of noise so be prepared for that. We didn't complain to the staff as we didn't want to make a fuss or make any issues with the neighbours. Despite being so close to the motorway, we didn't hear much traffic noise. The hotel and the staff we had the pleasure of speaking to were lovely, our room was comfortable and clean, check in was fast and straightforward (we'd booked online). Good value for money

Park Inn business stay
Parking all full when I arrived and so had to park on side road by side of car park. It was unlit and felt very unsafe. I worried whether my car would get broken into. The room itself was satisfactory although a big dated. Chipped desk and scaling around shower and fittings. Perfectly adequate but that is all!
