The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and the room was clean and as described the amenities, including the breakfast and the gel were a nice addition as well as convenient locations around the property like a local gym and a local restaurant. so it’s easy to find things that you need well as walking distance from stores. there’s plenty of parking for guests, but there is not a lot of parking for anyone else. and they are very strict about the parking and where you park.

Naj and his staff were amazing. Very gracious in all interactions, and extremely communicative and timely with all correspondence leading up to the trip. They made our group of 10 rooms for the weekend a painless trip logistically. Rooms were all spotless, and breakfast was as good as I've had at a Holiday Inn, with very clean and spacious eating area.

This property was exactly what I needed for a quick overnight in Walnut Creek—much better than the budget hotels nearby and a nice alternative to driving back into the city after a long day. Check-in was smooth, and they even let me check in at 11:00 since rooms were available. The room was spacious, clean, and well-laid out. I especially appreciated the fridge and microwave area right inside the door, with counter space perfect for setting down your belongings. The bed was on the firmer side for me, but still comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and stocked with nice Dove amenities. Parking is convenient, though at an extra cost. The property is very close to the freeway, which makes it easy to get around—though you can hear passing cars in the distance, but wasn't loud. Overall, if you want a budget-friendly stay without compromising on quality, this is a solid choice.

I'll start with the positives: The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful, the room was clean and the bed was really comfy.
Some notes:
The $15 for parking is not listed anywhere on the website. That was an unexpected cost that I didn't mind paying in the grand scheme of things but would have liked to have known that when deciding on what hotel to stay at in the area.
The internet was REALLY slow. I booked a hotel room for the purpose of having some "me time" with the goal of binge watching shows and getting a good night sleep. I could not watch any of my shows (or do any of my work) because the internet was so slow.
The $50 holding fee got charged to my card twice. The person at the front desk just said "I'll have someone handle it Monday" but the charge is still on my card and I haven't heard back from anyone about it....

Service was pretty unfortunate here. We were mislead with the availability of roll away bed. We called ahead and they said we can get one, then come time for the stay, they said we couldn't. Front desk was pretty cold and dismissive. They made no effort to try and address the situation. Also, there are signs of mold and rust in the room. It's worth noting that the Filipina breakfast service lady is awesome. She is really warm, welcoming and really on top of that breakfast service. She is the star of the facility
