Hilton Garden Inn Walnut Creek

Beautiful, new Hilton property--immaculate and convenient! My only suggestion: More than one towel hook in the bathroom!

I am the head coach for women's soccer at the University of Hawai'i. Our team was in town for a road game and our stay was absolutely perfect! I wanted to commend Sally Kopf and her staff - Richard, Nicholas, Kasey and Jeffrey for being so attentive and thoughtful to our needs. The hotel is beautiful, close to many different shops and restaurants and was easy to access from the freeway. Team travel requires a lot of attention to detail and this hotel knocked it out of the park! I would highly them to anyone (business and leisure travelers too)! The meeting room was spacious and the wifi was fast, which really helps when you're on the road with student athlete who need to study! Mahalo for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

The hotel is new and clean. I love the convenient location. The staff is pleasant and hospitable. Kasey checked me in, she was nice, quick and efficient. Kasey was helpful when I called the front desk for assistance.

Kasey at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. This is a new hotel. Very clean. They only gave us 1 caffeinated pod and I texted for more and they were here within 10 minutes. Great customer service!

Comfortable, clean, and friendly! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for two adults and one kiddo. We enjoyed our stay here!

The highlight of my stay was definitely Gaby, the bartender. She is absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and knows how to make a great drink! Her energy and warm personality made the bar feel like the heart of the hotel. Whether you’re looking to unwind with a cocktail or just have a nice conversation, Gaby goes above and beyond to make guests feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back—and Gaby is a big reason why!
