Stayed at The Marcus Whian for three nights. Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was newly renovated. I loved the stylish design and the food was amazing. Their restaurant The Marc shouldn't be missed. My thanks to the wonderful team that went above and beyond, in every interaction, every time. I look forward to returning and highly recommend it for business, or leisure.

Location could not be better. loads of restaurants and tasting rooms within 3 blocks of the hotel. Parking was easy in nice surface lot. Room 204 was not in the historic building but in the west wing annex on the second floor. The room was spacious and comfortable with a king sized bed. The 4 pillows were very small. We found the $25 per day "resort fee" to be a dishonest attempt to disguise normally included amenities as extra costs. The $15 per day coupon for the Marc restaurant was no consolation because the restaurant gets poor reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor, so we did not use it. Suck it up and raise the price. The bathroom was adequate but small. The tub lacked any grab bars, important to people in their 80s. The toilet was so low, it would have been comfortable for a 5 year old. The desk chair was not an office chair and was much too low for the desk. There were 2 kinds of USB and one power ports on the desk lamp. Finally, there were no luggage stands provided for our suitcases. In spite of these shortcomings, it was a comfortable stay but we expect more for $188 a day including tax.

Great experience staying in the tower for a weekend getaway. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (it was a few hours before check in), and they graciously stored our luggage and put it in our room for us before we returned to check in. Service and our room were great. Our room had lotions and cleansers in refillable containers, fluffy bathrobes, and even a black washcloth for removing makeup.

This was our first visit to Walla Walla, WA and The Marcus Whitman was suggested as part of our travel itinerary, so we decided to have our stay there. Gorgeous venue, great staff, excellent amenities and opportunities. The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. I wish we'd stayed longer. We'll definitely be coming back.

Staff was accommodating and made for easy and smooth reservation, reservation adjustment, checkin and checkout. The hotel is so beautiful and the downtown location is perfect. Our pet was also comfortably accommodated and welcome. The bathrobes are so soft and I'll be back to lounge around in one again soon!

The kind of place you may expect in a much larger town - pure elegance. What you usually find at a Ritz Carlton Hotel. Way to go Walla Walla for having such a wonderful place to stay!
